By using Pet Well Check you agree to these terms.
General information, not veterinary care
Pet Well Check gives general health information about dogs and cats. It does not examine, diagnose or treat animals, does not create a relationship with a veterinarian and does not replace one. If your pet may be in danger, contact a veterinarian or an emergency clinic right away.
AI results
Check results and deep analyses are written by an AI model from what you submit. They can be wrong or incomplete. Urgency levels are a guide to help you decide how quickly to see a vet, not a promise that waiting is safe. You remain responsible for your pet’s care.
Accounts and fair use
You need to be at least 13 (16 in the European Union) to create an account. Free checks are limited per day. Do not use automated tools to run checks or try to get around the limits; we may suspend accounts that do. Do not submit other people’s personal information.
Plus and payments
Plus renews automatically at the price shown until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account page; Plus stays active until the end of the period you paid for. The yearly plan’s free trial is for first-time subscribers. If you are not happy, email us within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund. A one-time deep analysis is refunded in full if it could not be created.

You may read and share links to our pages. Copying substantial parts of the content to other websites or products requires our permission.

We write carefully but provide the site as is, without guarantees of accuracy or completeness. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on it.
