  • The yearly plan’s free trial is for first-time subscribers. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
  • If you are not happy, email hello@petwellcheck.com within 7 days of your first payment for a full refund.

  • Plus gives general health information. It does not replace a veterinarian, and emergency warnings are always free.

Questions about Plus

What is a deep analysis?

A detailed look at one check. You can add a photo, for example of vomit, stool, skin, an eye or the gums. You get the likely causes and how to tell them apart, a plan for the next 24 hours, the signs that mean going to a vet right away, and a short note to show the vet.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Open your account page, choose Manage subscription and cancel. You keep Plus until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again.

Are my photos stored?

No. A photo is sent to our AI provider only to write that analysis and is not kept. What you type and the results are saved to your account in encrypted form, and you can delete them at any time.

Does Plus replace a vet?

No. Plus helps you decide how quickly to see a vet and what to tell them. It never diagnoses and never recommends medicines.
